Self-serve individual trials run for 30 days. Organizations set up with Mayetik may receive a longer pilot term (up to 90 days).
When your trial ends or you reach the response limit, participants can no longer start new responses. Your existing sessions, responses, and knowledge briefs stay in your workspace and remain available to view and export (CSV, JSON, Markdown).
