Guides and reference docs for Mayetik.
Create your first session
A session is a structured set of questions you build once and share with participants. You can generate one with Studio, start from a template, or import from JSON.
Invite your first participant
Participants are the people who respond to your sessions. Invite them by email or share a public link — no account required for public sessions.
Run your first session
Once a session is published and a participant has been invited, the session appears on their dashboard. Sessions are one question at a time — participants can type or use voice input.
Question types
Mayetik supports 8 question types. Each captures a different kind of information — choose the type that matches how you want respondents to answer.
Branch rules
Branch rules show different follow-up questions based on a respondent's answer. They make sessions adaptive without making them longer for everyone.
Session categories
Categories classify what kind of intelligence a session is designed to capture. They appear as labels on session cards and are used when grouping sessions into series or campaigns.
Knowledge briefs
A knowledge brief is generated automatically after every completed session. It summarizes the respondent's answers into themes, key points, and recommendations — no manual work required.
Synthesis
Synthesis analyzes multiple briefs together to surface convergent themes, divergent findings, gaps, and an action plan. It operates at both project and org level.
Intake forms
Intake forms collect structured data from people outside a live session. Respondents answer through a conversational AI chat — no account required.
Campaigns
A campaign runs the same session across multiple departments or teams, then lets you compare what each group surfaces. Use campaigns for org-wide pulses and recurring cycles.
