A session is a structured set of questions you build once and share with participants. You can generate one with Studio, start from a template, or import from JSON.
Go to your project and open the Sessions tab.
In the "Create a new session" panel, enter a title and click Create in Studio — this creates a draft session and opens it on the Studio tab.
In Studio, describe your goal in the chat and Studio designs questions, types, and branching logic for you. Refine via chat if needed (e.g. "make that a rating scale" or "add a follow-up if they say no").
Click Apply to session to save the design.
Open the Details tab to set a description, category, and estimated time.
Open the Questions tab to reorder, edit, or add questions manually.
When ready, publish the session to make it available to participants.
